1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the jlok platform, accessible at jlok.live and any associated mobile- optimized interfaces. By accessing or using jlok in any capacity — whether as a registered player, a visitor browsing the site, or a participant in any promotion — you acknowledge that you have read these Terms, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them.

These Terms should be read alongside jlok's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and jlok. In the event of any conflict between these documents, these Terms & Conditions shall take precedence unless otherwise stated.

jlok reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any such update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.

2 Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on jlok, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum legal age for participation in casino-style gambling in the Philippines as mandated by PAGCOR (Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation). jlok strictly enforces this requirement and will request age verification documents before enabling real-money play on any new account.
• You must be physically located within the Philippines at the time of registration and during gameplay. Access from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited is not permitted.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporate entities, trusts, and other legal structures may not register as players.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of jlok, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by jlok or by any regulatory authority, including PAGCOR's responsible gaming programs.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.

3 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) jlok account only. The registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

3.1 Registration Requirements

When registering for a jlok account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including but not limited to:

• Your full legal name as it appears on a government-issued ID
• A valid Philippine mobile number that you own and control
• A valid email address that you own and control
• Your date of birth confirming you are 21 years of age or older
• Your residential address within the Philippines

3.2 Know Your Customer (KYC)

jlok is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in accordance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. You agree to provide any documentation requested by jlok for KYC purposes, including but not limited to a government-issued photo ID (passport, driver's license, or PhilSys national ID), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by jlok may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges or account closure.

3.3 Account Accuracy

You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and up to date. If any of your registered details change — particularly your mobile number, email address, or residential address — you must update your account profile promptly. jlok accepts no liability for losses arising from outdated account information, including failure to receive security notifications or withdrawal confirmations.

4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jlok account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any other person under any circumstances.

• You must use a strong, unique password for your jlok account and must not reuse passwords from other services.
• jlok strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. This adds an additional layer of security and is available at no cost through your account settings.
• You must notify jlok's support team immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization.
• jlok will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any communication claiming to be from jlok that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.
• All activity conducted through your account — including bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — is your responsibility, whether or not you personally authorized each action. This applies unless you have notified jlok of unauthorized access in a timely manner.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

jlok accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank (via InstaPay and PESONet), and selected over-the-counter cash channels including 7-Eleven, Cebuana Lhuillier, and M Lhuillier. All deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (₱). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. jlok does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Deposits are credited to your jlok balance as soon as the payment is confirmed by the relevant payment provider. GCash and PayMaya deposits are typically instant. Bank transfers via InstaPay are generally credited within minutes during banking hours. jlok accepts no liability for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed by jlok 7 days a week, including Philippine public holidays. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Before a withdrawal can be processed, your account must have completed KYC verification and your payment method must be verified as belonging to you.

• GCash withdrawals under ₱50,000 are typically processed within 30 minutes of approval.
• Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are generally completed within 2–4 hours on business days.
• jlok reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or accounts that have not previously completed full KYC verification.
• Withdrawals will only be sent to a payment method registered in the same name as the jlok account. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.

5.3 Anti-Money Laundering

jlok complies with all applicable Philippine anti-money laundering (AML) laws and regulations, including the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) as amended. jlok reserves the right to delay, withhold, or report any transaction that it reasonably suspects may be connected to money laundering, fraud, or other illegal activity. Players who deposit funds without engaging in genuine gameplay may have their accounts reviewed and withdrawals withheld pending investigation.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

jlok offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, as well as the general bonus rules set out in this section.

• Bonuses are available to players who have completed account registration and, where required, KYC verification.
• Each bonus offer specifies a wagering requirement — the number of times the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered before the bonus converts to withdrawable cash. Wagering requirements are clearly stated in each promotion's terms.
• Bonuses may only be used for the game categories specified in the promotion. Using a bonus on ineligible games may result in the bonus and any associated winnings being voided.
• jlok reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time, and to cancel a bonus already credited to a player's account if there is evidence of abuse, exploitation, or breach of these Terms.
• Players who are found to be opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once will have all associated accounts suspended and all bonus-related winnings forfeited.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts, exchanged for cash outside of the stated wagering process, or combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.

7 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on jlok — including live casino tables, slot machines, bingo rooms, Dragon and Tiger, and sports betting markets — are governed by individual game rules that are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules.

7.1 Random Number Generation

All non-live games on jlok use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to determine game outcomes. The RNG systems used by jlok's game providers are independently tested and certified by recognized testing laboratories. This ensures that all game outcomes are genuinely random and cannot be predicted or manipulated by any party, including jlok itself.

7.2 Live Casino

Live casino games are conducted by real human dealers in real time via video stream. Game outcomes in live casino are determined by physical means — cards dealt, roulette wheels spun — and are not subject to RNG. Live casino games are subject to the rules of the specific game variant being played, as displayed in the game interface.

7.3 Sports Betting

Sports betting markets on jlok, including PBA, NBA, UFC, boxing, badminton, and sabong, are subject to the specific rules of each market. Odds are subject to change up until the event commences. jlok reserves the right to void bets in the event of obvious pricing errors, match abandonment, or other circumstances that materially affect the integrity of the market.

7.4 Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction during gameplay — including server errors, disconnections, or software failures — jlok will make reasonable efforts to reconstruct the game state from server logs. Where reconstruction is not possible, bets placed during the malfunction period may be voided and stakes returned. jlok's decision in such matters is final. The phrase "malfunction voids all pays and plays" applies to all games on the platform.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on jlok and constitute a material breach of these Terms. jlok reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct, and to forfeit any balances associated with such accounts.

• Cheating and Fraud: Using any software, device, algorithm, or method designed to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including but not limited to bots, auto-clickers, card-counting software, or exploit scripts.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate game outcomes, share hole cards in poker, or otherwise undermine the integrity of any game.
• Bonus Abuse: Exploiting bonus offers through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated wagering strategies designed to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, or any other method that jlok determines to be contrary to the spirit of the promotion.
• Money Laundering: Using jlok to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds connected to illegal activity. jlok is legally required to report suspicious transactions to the relevant Philippine authorities.
• Identity Fraud: Registering an account using false identity information, impersonating another person, or using another person's payment methods without their explicit consent.
• Underage Gambling: Registering or attempting to register an account if you are under 21 years of age, or allowing a person under 21 to use your account.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider for deposits made to jlok without first contacting jlok's support team to resolve the issue. Fraudulent chargebacks will result in permanent account closure and may be referred to law enforcement.

9 Responsible Gaming

jlok is committed to promoting responsible gaming and to providing tools that help players stay in control of their gambling activity. Gaming on jlok is intended to be a form of entertainment. If gambling stops being fun and starts causing stress, financial difficulty, or relationship problems, it is time to seek help.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all jlok players directly from their account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on how much you can deposit. Limits take effect immediately and cannot be increased for 24 hours after a change request.
• Loss Limits: Cap the amount you can lose within a defined period. Once your loss limit is reached, you will be unable to place further bets until the limit period resets.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive on-screen notifications after a set period of continuous play, reminding you to take a break.
• Reality Checks: Regular prompts displaying your session duration and net result, keeping you informed and in control.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of your choosing — from 24 hours to 6 months — without permanently closing it.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your jlok account and request that you be excluded from re-registering. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately and cannot be reversed.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the jlok platform — including but not limited to the jlok name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of jlok or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the jlok platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from jlok without prior written permission.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on jlok's content or software.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the jlok platform.
• Use jlok's trademarks, logos, or brand assets in any manner without express written authorization.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the jlok platform using automated tools.

Any unauthorized use of jlok's intellectual property may result in account termination and may expose you to civil or criminal liability under Philippine law.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jlok's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jlok account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jlok shall not be liable for any of the following, whether direct or indirect:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings
• Loss of data or corruption of data
• Loss of business opportunity or goodwill
• Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages
• Losses arising from your reliance on information displayed on the jlok platform
• Losses caused by interruptions to the platform due to maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond jlok's reasonable control (including but not limited to power outages, internet service disruptions, or acts of God)

Nothing in these Terms limits jlok's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

12 Suspension & Termination

jlok reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe
• Discovery that the account holder is under 21 years of age
• Discovery that the account holder is subject to a self-exclusion order
• Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated against jlok
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from a competent authority

Upon account closure for breach of these Terms, jlok reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance in the account, including any bonus funds and winnings derived from prohibited conduct. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to player misconduct — such as a regulatory change — any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.

You may close your jlok account at any time by contacting the support team. Voluntary account closure does not affect any obligations you have already incurred under these Terms, including any outstanding wagering requirements on active bonuses.

13 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination — shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

jlok operates in compliance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations, including those administered by PAGCOR. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of jlok complies with the laws of their own jurisdiction. jlok makes no representation that the platform is lawful or available for use in any jurisdiction outside the Philippines.

14 Amendments

jlok reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, jlok will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory instruction.

The most current version of these Terms is always available on this page. The "Last updated" date at the top of this document reflects when the most recent revision was made. Your continued use of jlok after any amendment takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must stop using jlok and may request account closure by contacting our support team.
